So last night I tried one of those live blackjack tables for the first time, thinking I could just chill and maybe win a few bucks. Ended up getting way too into it and kept hitting “double down” even when it probably wasn’t smart. I actually won a decent hand once, but then lost most of it on the next few rounds. Felt kind of like being at a real casino, though, with the dealer chatting and everything—it made the losses sting less.
